By decision of the Customs Union Commission, from 1 January 2012, the rate of import duty on wrist watches will decline from 20% to 10% of customs value. The minimum fee in this case, by contrast, would increase from 3 to 10 euros for one hour.

The new rules apply to all models designed to wear on me or with each other and housing are not made of precious metals. For those hours, whose body at least varnished with precious metal, the rate will remain the same – 20% but not less than 6 euros for one hour.
