Seiko Watch Company official timekeeper stands the World Championships in Athletics, which is currently taking place in Korea from August 27 to September 4. In this role watch company Seiko will present the Moscow World Championships in Athletics in August 2013.
Seiko Watch Company is one of the first sponsors IAAF. Their cooperation was initiated in 1984, when the clock became the official Seiko chronometer World Championships in Athletics in enclosed spaces, held in Paris. Next to the watch company Seiko was the Roman championship in 1987.
Today, Seiko watches are a true partner IAAF, keeping them all organized sports events, from junior championships to cross. Seiko watch company has been a partner of more than 125 events over 28 years of cooperation with the IAAF. The current contract between the companies will apply until the end of 2013.
However, cooperation with the world of sports watch company Seiko began in 1964 when she first appeared as the official timekeeper of the Tokyo Olympic Games. After that, watch Seiko gained a reputation as one of the leaders of chronometric technology. Since then, Seiko watches are the official chronometers of the Commonwealth Games and World Championships in different sports.
